1. What age groups are your toys for?

We sell items for various stages of development! While we have a special focus on toddlers and preschoolers, many of our STEM and logic games are perfect for older explorers up to age 9 and beyond.

2. How long does shipping take within the Philippines?

Since we are based right here in the Philippines, we strive for quick turnarounds! Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days for Metro Manila and 7–10 days for provincial areas—often arriving within 10 working days or even earlier!

3. Are these toys safe for my children?

Absolutely. Every item in our shop is handpicked with safety and quality in mind. We prioritize non-toxic materials and durable designs so you can have peace of mind during playtime.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible to get them to your little learnerson time. If you need to make a change, please message us immediately via our contact page or social media. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled. We will always do our best to help if you reach us before it leaves our door

5. Do you offer recommendations for specific learning needs?

Yes! We love helping parents find the perfect fit. Whether you are looking for sensory play, fine motor skill builders, or Montessori-inspired tools, just send us a message and we’ll give you a personalized recommendation.

6. Do you offer "Cash on Delivery" (COD)?

Yes! We understand that convenience and trust are important for Filipino families. We offer COD to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible.

7. How do I track my order once it's shipped?

Once your order is on its way, we will send an update to your email or mobile number. You can use this to follow your toys' journey from our door to yours!

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

9. Are your wooden toys made with safe paint?

Yes! We prioritize toys that use water-based, non-toxic paints and smooth-sanded wood. Safety is our top priority because we know these toys often end up in tiny hands (and sometimes tiny mouths!)

10. What should I do if a part is missing from a building set?

Don't worry! If your set is missing a piece, just send us a photo of the box and the manual. We will coordinate with our team to send you the missing part as quickly as possible.
